Learn what SDK errors mean and how to resolve them

410 Error - Exceeds File Size Limit

The file you are trying to texture exceeds the file size limit for your account. Currently, Polyhive only supports texturing files that are less than 20MB in size.

411 Error - Exceeds Storage Limit

You have exceeded the 1GB storage limit for your Polyhive account. If you encounter this limit, email rahul@polyhive.ai with a request to increase your account storage limit.

412 Error - Invalid File Type

You are trying to texture a file of a type that is not supported by Polyhive. Currently, Polyhive actively supports texturing OBJ, FBX, and GLTF (GLTF or GLB) files. Other 3D mesh filetypes may work, but are not actively supported currently. Image objects (PNG, JPEG) cannot be textured with Polyhive.

413 Error - Exceeds Face Limit

The file you are trying to texture exceeds the mesh face limit for your account. Currently, Polyhive only supports texturing files that have fewer than 25k faces.

414 Error - Exceeds Submesh Limit

The file you are trying to texture exceeds the submesh count limit for your account. Currently, Polyhive only supports texturing files that have no submeshes.

415 Error - No Faces Deteced

The file you are trying to texture does not have any mesh faces. Typically, this error is encountered when trying to texture an image or an empty 3D file - Polyhive does not support texturing images and cannot texture files without mesh faces.
